Free Assessment Consultations

Reach Australia Education Pty Ltd may offer limited free 15-minute assessment consultations each week, subject to availability and the circumstances of the enquiry.

Free assessment consultations are intended for high-level eligibility checks only. They do not include detailed legal advice, document review, strategy planning, or assessment of complex matters.

If your matter is complex, requires detailed advice, involves multiple visa pathways, includes refusal, cancellation, compliance, character, health, relationship evidence, sponsorship, skills assessment, or permanent residency strategy, we may recommend booking a standard consultation.

Payment

The standard consultation fee is AUD $330, inclusive of payment processing fees and GST.

Initial consultation fees are payable in advance. Payment options are available by credit card or direct deposit.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please call us so we can assist with booking your appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.

Once payment has cleared, a receipt will be issued to you by email.

One-Time Consultation Fee

Reach Australia Education Pty Ltd offers a straightforward one-time consultation fee for the matter selected at booking. We do not charge consultation fees on an hourly basis for the initial consultation.

Where appropriate, follow-up discussions may be provided without an additional consultation fee, provided they relate to the same migration or education matter, visa pathway, and factual circumstances discussed during the original consultation.

If the matter changes, expands, or moves into a different visa pathway or separate legal issue, a new consultation fee may apply.

Same Matter and Separate Matters

The consultation fee applies only to the migration or education matter selected at the time of booking.

If, during the consultation, the discussion changes or expands to a different matter, visa pathway, or separate legal issue, we may require a separate consultation booking and an additional consultation fee.

For example, a consultation booked for a student visa matter that later changes to skilled migration, permanent residency, partner visa options, refusal, cancellation, or another separate pathway may be treated as a new consultation matter.

Credit Toward Professional Fees

If you engage Reach Australia Education Pty Ltd to provide professional services for the same immigration matter discussed during your consultation, the consultation fee may be credited toward our professional fees for that matter.

This credit applies to the same matter only and does not apply to unrelated or separate matters, government fees, third-party fees, disbursements, or other costs.

Any credit must be confirmed in writing in your service agreement or invoice.

Appointment Times

Our office operates on Brisbane/Queensland time, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10). The booking calendar may display appointment times in your local timezone depending on your device or location settings. For example, if you are viewing from Singapore, the displayed time may be converted from Brisbane/Queensland time to Singapore time. Please review the timezone shown before confirming your appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

We ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our consultation schedule and attend to the interests of other clients.

Cancellations

Before your consultation, we may review your information and prepare for your appointment so that we can provide useful and relevant guidance. For this reason, cancelled appointments are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a written summary instead. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where compassionate or compelling circumstances beyond your control apply.

Late Attendance and No Shows

We consider a five-minute waiting period reasonable. If you attend late, your consultation may still finish at the scheduled end time and you may not receive the full consultation duration.

If you do not attend your appointment, you will not be entitled to a refund. A new consultation fee will apply if you wish to book another appointment.
